Anny Sweet Chops a spicy salad of sperm in the kitchen. We divvied up the sauces into two styles: the spicy, vinegary variety, and the sweeter. There's a bracing, Italian-leaning Caesar salad that makes glorious use of white. Wines can contribute a great deal of flavour to marinades and salad.
